Trina Bailey

Dr. Trina Bailey is the owner of the Veterinary Specialty Centre of Newfoundland & Labrador (VSCNL). The VSCNL is the only Veterinary Referral Centre and 24 hour Emergency Hospital in Newfoundland and Labrador. Trina set out to open a hospital for pets and pet owners in her home province who needed advanced care which could not be provided by their regular veterinarians. Her long term goal is to have a facility so well equipped and staffed that no pets would ever need to travel out of province again. Trina is the recipient of the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Staples Start-up Award.
