Valerie Song

Valerie Song is an entrepreneurship coach, an advocate for women in STEM and leadership, and speaker for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is also the award-winning Co-founder and CEO of Ava Technologies, home of the AVA Byte indoor garden. After witnessing the amount of food and energy wasted in the restaurant industry, Valerie and her co-founder created the “Nespresso for gardening” – a smart indoor garden to empower apartment-dwellers to grow delicious, organic food right at home, all year round, faster than soil.
