Angela Santiago

Angela started the Little Potato Company with her father, a Dutch immigrant who remembered the small creamy potatoes from his homeland fondly. Since their first hand-grown harvest in a single acre of land in 1996, the Little Potato Company and their small creamer potatoes have outgrown local farmers markets and has expanded into grocery stores across Canada and the USA. Angela continues to serve as CEO while her father now runs a potato research company, supplying the family company with proprietary potato varieties to which the Little Potato Company has exclusive rights.
