Antoinette’s journey into the world of owning her own business was not always smooth sailing. Facing panic and anxiety from her desk job, Antoinette knew it wasn’t the life for her – so with two kids, she quit her job and packed up their lives to move across the company. Antoinette started her career as a chef and restaurateur in Manitoba before moving north and settling in Whitehorse. Originally from Tobago, Antoinette’s restaurant (aptly named Antoinette’s Restaurant) serves a variety of international foods as well as dishes with caribbean fusion.
