Dominique Lynch-Gauthier

Dominique Lynch-Gauthier is the co-founder of Blanc de gris, a mushroom production company in Montréal, Québec. Dominique started the company in 2015 with her best friend Lysiane Roy Maheu, who shared Dominique’s dream of opening a mushroom farm. The two co-founders prioritize quality and eco-responsibility at Blanc de gris, aiming to contribute to a circular economy. Their innovations in mushroom production have been recognized by Impact Canada, who placed Blanc de gris as a semi-finalist in the Food Waste Reduction Challenge (Business Models Streams) in 2022. Dominique is a graduate of the University of Montréal, where she studied International Relations and Sustainable Development.
