Cora Weins

Eadha started in Cora’s kitchen in 2016. Eadha – meaning endurance – is an artisan sourdough bakery which got it’s early start selling loaves at farmers markets and through a Bread Share Cora left started out baking in her kitchen when her desire to pursue her passion outweighed her need for reliable income. True to her values, she aims to do business through a queer, anti-racist, decolonial lens. Eadha is rooted in the local Winnipeg community and offers a popular pay-it-forward program where patrons can purchase vouchers for items that can be claimed by those in need of a meal.
