Deborah Rosati

Deborah Rosati is the founder and CEO of Woman Get On Board, a member-based company that connects, promotes, and empowers women to get on corporate boards. As an entrepreneur with over 35 years of executive leadership experience under her belt, Deborah Rosati founded Women Get On Board in 2017 to advance gender diversity in the boardroom. Her organization has partnered with high-profile companies and organizations around Canada, including BMO, CPA Canada, and KMPG. In 2021, Deborah was recognized by Women’s Executive Network as a BMO Entrepreneur amongst Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women. As of 2023, her organization has over 850 members investing in the promotion of gender diversity in business leadership.
