Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi

Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi is the founder of Accelerate Her Future, a career accelerator for self-identifying Black, Indigenous and racialized women pursuing early careers in business and tech. Dr. Golnaraghi is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business, and she holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Athabasca University. She started Accelerate Her Future with the goal of enhancing the representation and leadership of racialized women at all levels. Dr. Golnaraghi has 15 years of experience in corporate marketing with large multinationals, and 14 years designing and delivering transformative learning experiences focused on youth, women and early career leaders. She was featured in Future of Good’s 21 New Social Purpose Founders to Watch in 2022.
