Elisabeth Turcotte

Elisabeth Turcotte is a recipient of Futurpreneur’s Youth Entrepreneur Award from the 2022 RBC Rock My Business Start-Up Awards. Her business is called Déniche Ton Chien, a pet-pairing app that matches owners with their ideal pets. The app uses an AI algorithm to filter a database containing over 110 dog breeds in Québec, where an owner can be matched with three dog breeds that best fit their personality and lifestyle. Elisabeth founded her company in 2020 after learning the issues about pet abandonment and puppy mills in Québec. She is a self-proclaimed dog lover who strives to create a simple, effective, and responsible pet adoption process.
