Humaira Ahmed created Locelle, a mentorship platform in order to connect women for career growth. When Covid-19 hit, the regressive effects on women were further highlighted, which pushed Humaira to act fast. What emerged was a 1:1, fully-managed mentorship platform, matching leading women in tech with women looking to navigate and develop their professional skills for success. Locelle has attracted tech businesses like Starfish Medical, RingPartner, VanHack and Terramera, who invest in gender diversity and inclusivity of their workforce for a more equitable future.
