Jamie Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Remix Snacks, a food manufacturing company that makes bean-based snacks using upcycled ingredients. Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at McGill University in 2018, where she started Remix Snacks alongside her co-founder, Isabelle Lam. In their final year at McGill, Jamie and Isabelle entered their business in the McGill Dobson Cup start-up competition, where the two won the Food and Agribusiness Convergent Innovation Prize. In 2022, four years after starting Remix Snacks, the two founders were honoured with the BMO Celebrating Women Grant. Remix Snacks has achieved great success, partnering with a wide array of retailers including Sobeys, Metro, and Whole Foods. Outside of her company, Jamie is a registered dietitian at Sööma Nutrition in Montreal.
