Kim Knutson

Kim Knutson is the broker/owner of RE/MAX North of 60 Realty in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. With a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and experience as a licensed Realtor® since 2015, Kim brings expertise in finance and economics to the real estate market. She has a strong work ethic and prides herself on creating lasting relationships with clients. Kim specializes in luxury homes, seller agency, first-time buyers, buyer agency, condominiums, and investments. Despite facing personal hardship and opening her business amid the pandemic, Kim has persevered and the business has taken off in the thriving real estate market of Yellowknife. Kim plans to grow her team slowly and ensure they offer the right product and service to clients. In 2022, she was awarded the Resilient Women in Business Award by the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce.
