Lindsay Beaulieu

Lindsay Beaulieu is an organic farmer in Red Deer, Alberta. She owns a business called I Love Microgreens, which provides fresh and delicious microgreens to local markets, restaurants, and retailers in the Red Deer area. Lindsay started I Love Microgreens with her husband in 2015 with nothing more than one pack of seeds and a grow light. Now, she operates three farms that feed over 300 families per month. She is a proud Indigenous entrepreneur in the Alberta agriculture industry, having received the Innovator Award from the Rupertsland Institute Métis Entrepreneurial Excellence event in 2022.
