Lynsae Moon

Lynsae Moon is the owner of The Nook Cafe, Alberta’s first suspended coffee program. The Nook Cafe operates on a pay-it-forward model, where customers can purchase buttons that other customers can redeem at no cost. Lynsae’s entrepreneurial journey is inspired by her childhood when she would sneak out of her parents’ house to share her lunch with houseless people. Her business’s products are locally sourced and crafted with love, prioritizing community, integrity, inclusivity, and creativity. Lynsae was featured in EDify’s 40 Under 40 in 2021.
