When Mary started selling her homemade hummus at local farmers markets, her intention was to raise some money for a local church/school expansion fundraiser. However, her hummus was more popular than she’d anticipated. As demand grew, she founded Happy Dance Hummus and developed new flavours. Her hummus was voted Best New Product by the Manitoba Food and Beverage Association. Mary’s products can be found in local retailers in Manitoba.
