Michelle Grocholsky

Michelle Grocholsky is a renowned equity strategist and the CEO and founder of Empowered EDI, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in organizations. Michelle has over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing global EDI strategies across various industries. Her passion for making organizations more equitable has earned her several awards, including the Catalyst Canada Award, the European Diversity Award for Team of the Year, and the Engage Award for Voice of the Employee. Michelle holds a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach. Empowered EDI’s mission is to make EDI an integral part of organizations and their operations by improving human resource practices and decision-making. Michelle’s work focuses on addressing the root causes of bias and discrimination and helps organizations build equitable workplaces and cultures.
