Rusul Alrubail

Rusul Alrubail is the Founder and Executive Director of Parkdale Centre for Innovation, which offers programs for women founders, early-stage startups and podcasters. She founded Parkdale Centre with a mission to make the innovation economy accessible, inclusive and equitable after noticing a gap wherein underrepresented groups: women, newcomers and those from low-income backgrounds, lacked access to innovation, tech and entrepreneurship funding and support. Rusul was named as one of Canada’s 2020 Top 100 Most Powerful Women for WXN’s Awards. She is a thrice published author, keynote speaker and an advocate for equity and inclusion.
