Solange Tuyishime

Inspire, empower, elevate – these are the core principles of Elevate International, a strategic management service that promotes gender equality in the workforce. Its founder is Solange Tuyishime Keita, who dedicates her career to women’s leadership and economic empowerment as the President of Elevate International and a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF Canada. While Solange originally founded Elevate International as a leadership empowerment program for young women, her organization has created a global network of both women and girls. Elevate International partners with national and international leaders to create programs that help girls develop leadership skills from a young age, and the organization raises funds for girl programs around the world through UNICEF’s Gender Equality Initiative. Solange’s entrepreneurial initiative is far-reaching, as highlighted by the 2022 Businesswoman of the Year Award for Enterprise Leader – Innovation Champion, and her feature on Ottawa’s 40 Under 40 2022.
