Sharon Nyangweso

QuakeLab is an inclusion and communications agency based in Ottawa. They use proven design thinking frameworks and results-based management to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in business structures. QuakeLab was founded in 2017 by Sharon Nyangweso, who serves as the agency’s CEO. Sharon earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and history from Carleton University, and she has worked with organizations in over 11 countries. She is a regular contributor and panelist for major media outlets like the CBC, Global News, and CTV, where she speaks on community engagement. In 2022, her company was featured on the Globe and Mail’s list of 50 Changemakers.
