Tara Audibert

Tara Audibert is the owner of Moxy Fox Studio, an animation studio that combines traditional First Nations art and storytelling with contemporary design and digital mediums. Tara integrates Wolastoqey culture into her storytelling and entertainment. Her projects include The Importance of Dreaming, an animated short film inspired by her parents’ love story. Tara launched Moxy Fox Studio in 2017 after accumulating over 20 years of art and animation experience. She operates a virtual studio environment that allows her to collaborate with artists from all over the world while working from the comfort of their own homes. In 2021, Tara was honoured with the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award at Pow Wow Pitch’s inaugural Indigenous Entrepreneur Awards.
