Valerie Leloup

Valerie was first inspired to open Nu Grocery when she read about zero waste living and set out to implement the lifestyle herself. Sia was on a similar journey when they were introduced by a mutual friend and decided to go into business, opening Ottawa’s first full service zero-waste grocery store. They have since expanded to a second location, serving the community with package-free groceries. Sia and Valerie are dedicated to using their business as a platform to educate the public, offering free workshops and tips on social media.
