Wanda Deschamps

Wanda Deschamps is the founder and principal of Liberty Co, a consultancy that focuses on increasing the participation of the Neurodiverse population in the workforce, with a particular emphasis on autism. After being diagnosed with autism at midlife, Wanda became passionate about promoting inclusion for people with disabilities, including as an advocate for women with autism. She also founded the #Women4Women collective to support gender equality. Prior to starting Liberty Co, Wanda worked for 25 years in the philanthropic sector, both as a consultant and institutional development leader.
