Seanna Pascal

Saltspring Noodle Bar’s Owner and Operator, Seanna Pascal, is making her stamp on the competitive world of food trucks. Seanna purchased the business after working part-time at the food truck for the previous business owners, who she refers to as life-long friends and mentors. Saltspring Noodle Bar provides healthy food options that are also delicious. Seanna employs approximately 10-12 locals at each festival she attends throughout British Columbia and Alberta. She has attended festivals such as Calgary Stampede, Sasquatch Music Festival, and the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival among others.
