Sheila Maithel

Sheila Maithel is the founder and CEO of Brillist Better Projects, a software company based in Saskatoon that specializes in project optimization software for manufacturers and construction companies. The software analyzes all options for a project and shows the most efficient and cost-effective way to complete it, resulting in projects being finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Sheila and her team work with clients from across Canada, with a minimum cost savings of 5.7% reported and up to 25% on some projects. Sheila aims for her company to be the standard in project management, and to be known as a “secret weapon” for large-scale projects. She is a recipient of the 2021 STIC Award, hosted by the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority.
