Tammy Maki

Tammy Maki is a certified Red Seal Journeyman pastry chef and the owner of Raven Rising Enterprises Ltd, a gourmet chocolate and pastry company based in Sudbury, ON. She is a proud Saulteaux Ojibwe Kwe from White Bear First Nation in Saskatchewan. As a result of the 60’s Scoop, Tammy was adopted into a Finnish family in Ontario. She strives to use traditional ingredients and source them from Indigenous people in Canada and around the world whenever possible. A portion of sales are donated to the Orange Shirt Society, and organizations dedicated to the 60’s scoop and missing and murdered Indigenous women.
